The only reason to be mad/disappointed about this game is that Ubisoft havent made a good game that isnt AAA trash in a long time. Wish they would give the AC franchise over to new thirsty developers, outside of the Ubisoft AAA bloat.

If Windows will actually take screenshots of my PC, anyone can do it pretty much just as easily, and anyway it's such an insane privacy breach, I will try to switch to Linux even though it's an insane pain in the ass and you have to troubleshoot crap every 3 minutes. this is indeed Windows search rebranded, because I remember in the W2k/XP days microsoft released a highly sophisticated power tool called (something similar to/can't exactly remember name) "windows index search". It used some kind of neural matrix database that had an incredibly sophistacated search function that could "recall" any kind of file relevant to a vague moment your remember in history, similar to the "brown leather bag" demo. As sophisticated this power tool was, the only downside to it was it hogged HUGE amounts of indexed data into it's database. so you would end up with a 10/20gb database on your HDD, and the power tool would work in the background hogging more data while in idle. Cool idea, very awesome power tool, but alot of resources was needed.

Guys, many Linux based operating systems have been an option for some time now. These two downsides - some Microsoft and Apple applications MIGHT not work (might, since most Linux based distributions can open basically ANY file they want) and that you have to wait for the shaders to load when you want to play a Steam game. Or, you can always use tools like NTLite in order to make custom Windows ISO's, but I doubt you'd be able to remove most of these advanced features.

Surface problem is lack of memory, from what I get it is because in company most of things is on the centrall server and SSD and RAM memory is not so needed but still they should trying competing like to Asus which made laptop with same CPU just get him more all memories.

They enabled copilot on my Windows 11 pro laptop. It scared the crap out of me. It started talking to me in a conversation with my wife, while I was getting medical treatment. They should have implemented it like HyperV, let me choose to enable it. I can tell it to not listen to me, but I could not find a way to uninstall or disengage it. In my past lie in IT security, I have seen too many times companies like this recording and using that data. For example when you start getting ads based on discussions you have. I do not trust them when they say it will ONLY be stored locally. I am sure it will be used by hackers or the government to gain access to your machine.

Making a microsoft account when buying a microsoft computer used to be optional, Then years later they forced you to make a account or you cant use the pc. It just takes time for them to actually make it tyrannical.

I think the real concern is that user data is going to be intelligently scanned and stored for use by Microsoft and advertisement companies. Microsoft bringing AI to Windows is a good thing. Even though everything they're doing has been done better by other companies, there has always been a barrier to entry. Before, you have either needed to buy a subscription, buy credits, or have technical knowledge to use AI. Now, with it being free with Windows, means that there's more competition in the market space, and that will drive innovation even if Microsoft's implementation is bad. Also, I don't think the main reason for normies not using AI is distrust. I think the main reason is they don't see the use, in addition to a fear of user created content being scraped and AI's "taking away jobs". I'm sure distrust factors in there somewhere, but I don't think it's the leading aversion.

That which was just sneaky marketing spying before is now out in the open as a capture all tool permanently running on your pc. But but but it has an off switch, yeah, I'm sure it works and it certainly won't turn itself on for some "essential parts of your operating system" or the off switch not even preventing spying on you in the first place. For that matter, what Nidella basically said is that you are ok with MS spying on you as soon as you buy your new laptop, so you can no longer call it spying, it's helping.
